Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning planning and taking goal-driven actions.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with memory tool-use and multi-step planning architectures.
• Develop feedback loops self-correction mechanisms and environment-adaptive behaviours for agent systems.
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art agent frameworks (e.g. AutoGPT Crewai Langgraph ReAct Agno).
• Optimize agent workflows for reliability safety and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design real-world applications of agentic AI in Testing domains.
• Stay updated on the latest research in agentic AI reinforcement learning cognitive architectures and related fields.

Job Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMS transformers prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain Hugging Face Openai API or similar.
• Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures multi-agent systems and planning algorithms.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning knowledge graphs or symbolic reasoning is a plus.
