Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts.
- Support managers in managing motivating and developing their teams ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies ensuring their compliance with labor standards.
- Track changes in employee status and manage promotions transfers and internal mobility.
- Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management.
- Manage and monitor work accident files including preparing files for internal and external audits.
- Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations.
- Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure their compliance with current standards.
- Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
- Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decisions.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management industrial relations or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in human resources management with significant expertise in labor relations and conflict management.
- A valid drivers license is required due to the travel involved in the position.
- Required languages: French and English
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary : Between $80000 and $90000 per year
- Group insurance coverage including medication LTD dental insurance life insurance
- Contribution to group RRSP (DPSP)
