ResponsibilitiesFast Pass Representative
The Fast Pass Representative serves as the first point of contact for all guests entering the facility ensuring a safe secure and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to provide compassionate service while maintaining safety and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage all guests and patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Verify and scan guest identification using the facilitys security system.
- Appropriately identify patients and confirm visit authorization.
- Follow established workflows for confidential and restricted patients.
- Provide accurate directions and information to help guests and patients reach their destinations.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with individuals in sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
- Adhere to strict safety and security protocols to protect guests patients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and EMTALA regulations at all times.
- Weekdays alternate weekly (Monday-Friday) 5am-5pm will have some weekdays off that will rotate)
- Every other weekend rotation 8am-8pm. (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be reliable
Qualifications- High School or equivalent.
- Good communication/verbal skills ability to multitask basic computer skills.
