Partner with senior leadership on policies staffing and compliance.
Create programs that support nurserecruitment retention and education.
Advance the organizationsMagnet recognitionand professional practice goals.

What Youll Bring

Active RN licensein New York State.
Masters degreein Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required).
8 yearsof progressive nursing leadership including3 yearsin an executive or director role.
Proven success leading or sustainingMagnet-recognized programs.
Strong skills instrategic planning operations and change leadership.
Magnetexperience required

Preferred

Experience inurban or safety-net hospitals.
PriorMagnet Program Directorexperience.
Advanced certifications such asNEA-BCorFACHE.
