Cardinal Kia part of the Northern Roads Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle & Internet Manager to lead our pre-owned sales and digital marketing operations. This is a dynamic high-impact role suited for someone who combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of online sales lead management and used vehicle operations.
What youll do:
- Manage all aspects of the Used Vehicle Department including appraisals inventory management reconditioning pricing and merchandising.
- Overseeonline leads from all digital sources (website third-party platforms and social media) ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote both new and pre-owned inventory.
- Work closely with the Sales Finance and Service teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate vehicle listings and photos across all digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure a competitive and profitable inventory mix.
- Train and support the sales team in handling internet leads and CRM processes.
- Achieve monthly sales gross profit and lead response time goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
What were looking for:
- 3 years of experience in automotive sales management or a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle operations appraisals and market valuation tools (e.g. vAuto TradeRev Carfax).
- PBS experience is an asset.
- Proven success in managing internet leads and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of online marketing listings management and digital advertising.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean abstract.
