Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr
Description: In this role the Retail Associate will work with the aviation-branded merchandise team delivering excellent customer service while assisting customers in selecting logo apparel gifts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs.
Assist shoppers in finding merchandise and provide product recommendations.
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store.
Restock shelves manage inventory and support merchandising efforts.
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Transport product between the two Wichita store locations as needed.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a friendly outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Candidates should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions are required. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred and reliable transportation is necessary as the role involves moving products between store locations.
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Part time - Flexible scheduling and no weekend hours.
