GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or associate Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
5 years of leadership experience
Knowledge of casino operations and regulation and Finance experience preferred.
Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Read write speak and understand English.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Safeguard property assets.
May compile and/or review CTRCs and SARs when necessary.
Design and implement effective work programs to evaluate the propertys compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that the required Finance regulatory submissions are completed and filed in a timely fashion.
Establish and maintain the necessary internal control requirements in compliance with Division regulations and company policies.
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and Division directives and regulations.
Make recommendations to the Financial Controller to improve the effectiveness of the control environment.
Act as a liaison between property and regulatory agencies.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Conduct self always in a manner that reflects credit on property and encourages others to do the same.
Perform follow-up self-audits on previously noted deficiencies in the Finance department. Maintain a library of self-audits for the Finance department.
Assist in the creation and editing of Internal Controls.
Perform investigations as needed for player subpoenas.
