Job Summary
What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Program Assistant to support the mission and vision of Baylor University within the Paul L. Foster Success Center.
A High School Diploma and less than one year of relevant work experience is required. A Bachelors Degree and three years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- The Program Assistant will dedicate 50% of his/her time to support the SSS project and its staff and the other 50% to support the TRIO Ronald E McNair Post Baccalaureate program.
- Assisting participants with submitting need documentation applications for financial assistance and individual academic and financial planning/counseling.
- Document student financial assistance for files assist in documenting eligibility academic performance and services provided to participant.
- Assist staff with processing applications. Coordinate program exit interviews and follow up with non-returnees.
- Assist with programmatic data entry and assists with departmental purchases and travel needs and other duties as assigned.
