This role as a Pack Team Lead in the Surveillance Logistics Pack Ship department in McKinney focuses on supervising the daily operations of a logistics team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring safety practices are strictly adhered to managing workflows and meeting service-level commitments. Youll need to monitor and prioritize work-in-progress (WIP) ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Additionally youll be required to prepare various documentation including weekly reports metrics work instructions and Job Hazard Analyses as well as corresponding with government officials program managers and internal customers. Strong organizational skills attention to detail computer proficiency and teamwork are critical for success in this position.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

• Experience with Packing/Shipping

• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• General business experience and understanding of protocol in a defense company including work with Government Furnished Material

• Experience with SAP

• Experience with Microsoft Office suites

• Import/Export Compliance experience

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
