Position Summary
The Executive Director of SCOPE (ServiceFirst Coordination of Outcomes Performance and Effectiveness) is a strategic leadership role reporting to the AVC of Organizational Strategy and Performance within Finance and Operations. This position advances the Universitys ServiceFirst philosophy by coordinating data-driven planning performance measurement and institutional effectiveness strategies across Finance and Operations. The Executive Director leads a team responsible for integrating assessment planning and performance data into a unified SCOPE framework that informs decision-making drives operational improvement and demonstrates accountability to campus leadership and stakeholders. The role ensures the closed-loop application of analytics by gathering valid actionable data; aligning it with institutional outcomes and goals; and coordinating the development of continuous improvement plans. Additionally the Executive Director will lead a comprehensive service feedback strategy to evaluate responsiveness collaboration transparency and accountability across administrative services.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent); may substitute with a bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant experience. Five years of experience in evaluation planning or assessment-related roles using data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Strong leadership and staff development skills. Advanced statistical and analytical capabilities. Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau). Project management expertise and attention to detail. Demonstrated collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to mission-driven improvement and innovation.
