Techmark Japan is a leading company in the extended warranty business in Japan.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our data analytics capabilities in the Japan Extended Warranty industry. This position will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and revenue maximization in various business areas including product development claims management customer service and risk assessment.
This recruitment is a strategic recruitment for the person who will become the Head of Data Analytics Office in the future.

It aims to leverage data to improve operational efficiency improve customer satisfaction and grow the business. It is expected to provide analytical leadership in improving the extended warranty program and services.
In the future you will also be responsible for team management and strategy planning.

顧客維持詐欺検出故障損害率予測などのための予測モデルの構築
契約販売顧客行動故障損害率商品パフォーマンス等に関する構造化非構造化データの分析
BIツール例TableauPower BIを用いたダッシュボードKPIレポートの作成と提供
日本国内の個人情報保護法及び社内ポリシーの遵守
若手アナリストのメンタリングやチームのベストプラクティス構築への貢献
5年目以降チームリーダー部門責任者としての役割
データアナリティクス室の戦略ビジョンの策定と実行
データアナリティクス室のマネジメントとリード
要件定義から施策の実行効果測定までの分析プロジェクトを推進
経営層やIT部門と連携しデータ戦略をビジネス目標と整合させる
データガバナンス体制の構築インフラ改善社内のデータリテラシー向上を主導
Years 1-4 (Practical Work as Data Analyst Leadership Development Phase)
Collaborate with business units such as sales and operations departments to support pricing operations and profit margin improvement proposals with data insights.
Build predictive models for customer retention fraud detection failure and loss rate prediction and more
Analysis of structured and unstructured data on contract sales customer behavior breakdown and loss rates product performance etc.
Create and deliver dashboards KPIs and reports using BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Compliance with Japans Personal Information Protection Act and Internal Policies
Mentoring young analysts and helping to build team best practices
Year 5 onwards (Work as team leader / department head)
Formulation and execution of the strategic vision of the Data Analytics Office
Management and lead of the Data Analytics Office
Promote analysis projects from requirement definition to implementation of measures and effect measurement
Collaborate with executives and IT to align data strategy with business goals
Lead the establishment of data governance structure infrastructure improvements and internal data literacy

金融延長保証保険業界での58年の分析経験
アクチュアリープライシング経験があれば尚可

Desired experience
58 years of analytical experience in the financial (extended warranty and/or insurance) industry
Experience in actuary pricing is a plus
Knowledge of project management or agile development is a plus
English communication skills are a plus
