The Role

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and socially adept individual to assume the managerial role within their finance decision support team specifically for pivotal consulting projects. The central service domains expected from the prospective candidate encompass:

• Capital appraisal rigorously evaluates using methods like Cost-Benefit Cost Effectiveness and Multi-Criteria Analysis. This framework enhances decision-making and resource allocation.
• Various housing frameworks encompass Social Housing Models Affordable Housing Models and Cost Rental Models.
• Engaging in financial modeling activities encompassing both design and review processes.

• Accountable for overseeing a client portfolio management.
• Accountability for ensuring the excellence of client deliverables.
• Supervising compact teams in project execution.
• Conducting analysis (both written and verbal) and deducing appropriate conclusions.
