As a Product Associate in Trust and Security you help deliver solutions that strengthen our fraud risk management. You work with product and technology teams to optimize processes and support secure customer-focused outcomes. Your contributions make a difference in how we protect our customers and improve our services. Together we create safer financial experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Assist product owners in delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Support coordination of product delivery activities and release management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Participate in technical and functional sessions for solution design.
- Help create requirement documents data flow diagrams and user stories.
- Contribute to test scenario development and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and partners.
- Identify and resolve issues to support project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Uphold Trust and Security standards in all work.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of product management principles.
- Interest in fraud risk or financial services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
