Job Description:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Surgical Technologist CVORfor an exciting Travel job in Plano TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field for cardiovascular and vascular procedures.
Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments sponges and other sterile supplies.
Anticipate surgeon and procedure needs to ensure efficient workflow and minimize surgical delays.
Assemble maintain and ensure functionality of surgical instruments supplies and equipment.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols throughout all surgical procedures.
Collaborate with circulating nurses and other OR personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Handle both inpatient and outpatient surgical cases in a 20-room operating department.
Participate in setup and turnover of operating rooms between procedures.
Support cardiac and vascular cases requiring advanced technical knowledge and precision.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required; CNOR certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required.
