KBR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role will provide advanced legal support for the Litigation and Labor & Employment teams. This role involves managing complex case workflows coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position requires deep expertise in litigation processes employment law and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities may include are but not limited to the following:
Legal Hold Management & Discovery Support
Draft legal holds and administer them through Mitratech Legal Hold system
Conduct custodian interviews and assist with document collection
Draft review and finalize discovery responses subpoenas privilege logs and document productions
Support other discovery efforts as needed including eDiscovery
Matter Management & Support
Utilize Mitratech TeamConnect matter management system and SharePoint to maintain case files
Draft and review pleadings motions and legal correspondence
Support attorneys in handling employment disputes investigations compliance matters
Assist with responses to EEOC charges state agency complaints and related filings
Liaise with HR and compliance teams on employment-related requests
Perform in-depth legal and factual research
Coordinate with outside counsel as necessary
Perform other legal support duties as assigned
Service of Process (SOP)
Provide backup support for SOPs as needed
Required Education Experience & Skills
Bachelors degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred
10 years experience in litigation and/or labor & employment in a law firm or in-house environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels and across all functions within an organization
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated expertise in legal research discovery drafting eDiscovery and trial preparation
Advanced proficiency with software such as (but not limited to)
Microsoft 365 Word Excel PowerPoint OneDrive SharePoint etc.

Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive matters with discretion
