Job Overview
Under guidance ensure personal administration and HR processes are performed for Poland in accordance with local legislation Core HR and corporate policies. The position is ideal for a junior entry-level candidate.
Responsibilities
With limited guidance provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management across assigned service areas business units or departments.
Respond to HR-related queries over dedicated mailbox or in person
Work in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on reported issues.
Manage incoming post - employee documentation and collect HR documentation in the office.
Support hiring terminations and addressing employee relations issues.
Maintain auditing the employee files and ensure the documents are stored properly according to local legislation in the respective files for future audit purposes.
Prepare various employment documents following internal procedures.
Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed and propose recommendations in handling employment documentation HR systems practices procedures and improvement of own ways of working.
Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence e.g. HRSS Tier 1 HR Partner Teams Payroll & Benefits etc.
Work with senior HR team members for the day-to-day development and implementation of redesign and new local and global HR improvements and initiatives.
Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional HR organization.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Polish language compulsory Intermediate in English.
0-2 year of experience in HR function or with personal administration processes having shared services experience will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and good ability to work in a matrix environment.
Ability to perform routine tasks with strong focus on compliance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Workday and DocuSign will be an advantage.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers managers and clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Knowledge of basic labor law will be an asset.
