Malaria Consortium is recruiting a new Trustee with financial expertise.
We are seeking a Trustee with strong financial experience to join our Board and contribute to the effective governance and oversight of Malaria Consortium particularly in areas related to finance audit and risk.
The Trustee will support the work of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee (FARC) by providing financial insight and contributing to discussions around financial planning budgeting and reporting internal controls risk management and reserves policy. The Trustee will also help ensure that our financial processes and reporting remain compliant with relevant standards including the charity SORP.
This role would suit someone with senior-level financial management experience who is a qualified accountant or has equivalent expertise. Previous experience as a Trustee or experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.
The time commitment for this role is approximately 2 days per month further details can be found on the role description attached.
