Job Description Summary

Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management and operations across a diverse commercial portfolio. As a Senior Facilities Manager youll be responsible for maintaining safe compliant and high-performing workplaces while driving service excellence cost optimization and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing site operations vendor management and a multidisciplinary facilities team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and long-term asset reliability.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee all facilities operations to ensure properties are safe compliant and well-maintained in accordance with statutory regulations client standards and Cushman & Wakefield policies.

  • Lead and manage the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans ensuring operational efficiency reliability and adherence to service level agreements.

  • Supervise and develop a team of facility professionals and contractors providing clear direction performance feedback and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

  • Manage vendor relationships and downstream supply chains including procurement contract administration and performance evaluation to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.

  • Develop and manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) track expenditures and produce financial and operational reports with clear analysis and recommendations.

About You:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Facilities Management Building Services or related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years experience in facilities or property management with proven leadership in managing large-scale commercial portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong technical background in mechanical electrical plumbing BMS and building operations systems with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

  • Skilled in contract management financial planning and supplier governance ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of building trust with clients vendors and internal teams.
