Job Summary

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a new person for the position of IT Architect who will design and maintain IT system architecture and seek out and implement new technologies.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Developing a strategy for business system architecture.
  • Designing and maintaining IT system architecture in line with best practices and the adopted strategy.
  • Exploring new technologies and recommending target solutions and architecture models.
  • Co-creating a development plan to implement the architectural project.
  • Promoting knowledge of business system architecture.
  • Close collaboration with teams especially during the planning and implementation stages of IT projects.
  • Maintaining the architecture repository.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT system administration or IT implementations including at least 3 years in an architecture role.
  • Participation in at least one initiative related to IT/business strategy formulation and in at least one transformation project.
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: gaming media manufacturing retail telecommunications banking or IT.
  • Ability to define and implement architecture strategy.
  • Knowledge of UML 2.0 and BPMN notation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to clearly present and defend architectural concepts to a broader audience including non-IT stakeholders.
  • Understanding of architecture concepts in data warehousing and systems such as ERP BPMS ETL/ELT HRM BI workflow low-code/no-code.
  • Knowledge of programming languages: JAVA Python; nice to have: JavaScript and PHP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially Power Apps and Power Automate) Power Platform Google Workspace (including AppSheet and Workflows) Atlassian Stack (Nice to have).
  • University degree in computer science or technical field.
  • Advanced Polish and English both spoken and written.

Additional Information :

Working Mode

Office-First  Working primarily from the Warsaw Wrocław or Kraków Dev Offices for a minimum of 10 days per month.
