The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Global Mobility team you will support the management of PwCs international and cross-border assignment programs facilitating seamless operations in visa immigration and mobility consulting. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your knowledge to mentor junior team members analyze complex mobility issues and build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role offers a unique chance to expand your knowledge in global mobility while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals enhancing your personal brand and technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of international and cross-border assignment programs
- Analyze and resolve complex mobility challenges
- Mentor and guide junior team members in their development
- Build and maintain substantial relationships with clients and stakeholders

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in a field related to Human Resources or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in travel desk Executive Assistance Human Resources Operations or specifically in areas of employee movement tax compliance immigration processes
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
