As Sales Support Employee you play an active role in exciting product development processes from order management to coordination while keeping our sales operations running smoothly. IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) is a global one-stop beauty shop. By partnering with our clients as an extension of their teams we bring beauty visions to life. IBG consists of more than 300 colleagues spread over 13 locations worldwide.
Within IBG Netherlands Orchard and Fasten specialize in turnkey solutions private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. Together we are concept builders with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands from your favorite shopping street. There is a good chance that one of our products is already in your home!
Your role as Sales Support:
In this versatile collaborative role youll be the hub of our product development process and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the best products and services to our clients:
Process sales figures and coordinate samples with accuracy and attention to detail. On time every time;
Manage product registrations and maintain logistic databases for our new and existing product developments;
Update (client) data portals and various internal reports smoothly and transparently;
Follow all valid sales support processes and procedures;
Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
Youll quickly discover that our work is never standard which is why youll receive thorough training from a colleague who will help you learn the basics of the job and systems.

Your profile:
You are a real team player and a natural multitasker thriving in an international environment. Your passion for innovative products and your enthusiasm for both sales support and product development make you an asset to our team.
You also have:
Experience in an administrative commercial role;
Strong with numbers and excellent Excel skills;
Quick to learn new systems and processes;
Project-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills;
Fluent English;
Strong communicator who connects easily and gets things done;
You are ambitious accurate proactive and a true team player.
