DescriptionAs a Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) Engineer youll be involved in the early stages of the design process influencing styling design and manufacturing concepts. Your primary task will be conducting vehicle analysis for tolerance stack-ups using Vis VSA software. He is having the following skill sets.
- Basic understanding of jig and fixture concepts.
- Proficiency in Vis VSA Tolerance analysis software.
- Experience with automotive assembly processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T and engineering product structures.
- New product development experience in the automotive industry.
- Project environment experience.
Responsibilities- Model Generation: Create DVA models for various vehicle parts.
- Tolerance Simulation: Build and evaluate design concepts using Vis VSA.
- Concept Validation: Use digital tools to validate vehicle concepts.
- Datum Strategy: Support in generating datum strategies using GD&T.
- Dimensional Control: Develop and define dimensional control concepts.
- Manufacturing Input: Provide input on assembly sequences and concepts.
- Quality Development: Support optical and perceived quality development.
- Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate technical and cross-functional meetings.
QualificationsB.E/M.E Mechanical with 5 years of experience in Tolerance Stackup Analysis
Proficiency in Vis VSA tolerance analysis software.
