Responsibilities of the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Oversee smooth daily service through effective training supervision and support.
Identify and implement methods to improve consistency and service standards.
Deliver training to build pride passion and professionalism within the team.
Motivate and develop junior team members to maintain 5-star service.
Collaborate with fellow Assistant Managers to ensure consistency across operations.
Support the Restaurant Manager and lead by example especially during busy periods.
Provide confident attentive guest service and handle all requests professionally.
Manage opening closing and cashing-up procedures with accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications :
Assistant Restaurant Manager - About you
- Passion in managing a large team
- Proven track record in restaurant management
- Able to run opening and closing procedure in a busy restaurant
- Confident in leading a team in a high volume fast past environment
- Confidence enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
- A keen eye for detail organisational skills and a flexible attitude
