Hours 37 Monday-Friday

As a Community & Resident Liaison Officer youll be the friendly face residents rely on during home improvements from initial consultation to project completion. Youll help residents feel informed supported and listened to while coordinating maintenance and upgrade works such as kitchens bathrooms and energy-efficiency projects.
Duties
- Provide clear communication and updates to residents.
- Build positive relationships with residents housing officers and community groups.
- Conduct property surveys resident inductions and support individual needs.
- Schedule and coordinate access for contractors.
- Gather resident feedback to improve future works.
- Represent the service at community engagement events.
The candidate
- Clean Driving licence
- Customer-focused compassionate and approachable.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service/administration role
