Position: Temporary Full-Time Teaching Position- Middle School Grade 8-9 (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Start Date: November 17 2025

End Date: June 24 2026

Kleos is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to fill a temporary full-time teaching position to cover a maternity leave. The position is anticipated to run from November 17 2025 to June 24 2026.

Salary: $62854.59*

*Salary based on full-Time Equivalency (FTE) is calculated based on the number of students in a teachers case load.

Responsibilities:

Plan engaging lessons that meet learners where they are at
Host student-centred IEP meetings
Develop IEPs in collaboration with Resource Teachers
Deliver content using D2L Brightspace (LMS)
Offer regular / weekly synchronous learning opportunities using Zoom
Provide timely dynamic and responsive assessment feedback
Report progress to families

Requirements:

Bachelor of Education Degree
Valid BC Teaching Certificate
