What Youll Do:
- Correspond and/or provide necessary service for agents brokers policyholders third party vendors and other jewelry industry companies via various omni channels such as chat email SMS and other forms as they become available
- Process payments for policyholders in accordance with PCI standards
- Delivers a level of customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Delivers on commitments to customers by providing follow-up and follow-through.
- Actively participates in the growth and retention of Jewelers Mutual Group through customer contact following internal guidelines projects and corporate initiative as assigned
- Ability to meet current metrics as defined by leader including quality productivity timeliness and others as applicable
- Report to work at scheduled time with reliable and predictable attendance
- Keep policy documentation up to date and well organized
- Review and follow standard operating procedures determined by leadership
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners
- Perform miscellaneous duties including but not limited to active and constructive participation in meetings and in committees and/or projects

What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training required.
- Must have Property/Casualty Insurance Agent License from the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain it within six (6) months of hire.
- General insurance and jewelry industry knowledge gained through courses and continuing education required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
- Must be able to master Guidewire application functionality sufficient to meet policyholder service requirements.
- Must be proficient in keyboarding/typing and capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed .
