Job Summary
InPost Group is seeking an experienced entrepreneurial UX/UI designer to design intuitive user-centric digital experiences that solve real problems. that serve our users in 9 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands. The right person will play a critical role in improving our customer experience and build a best-in-class experience to delight our customers collaborate with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle use research and data to inform and iterate on design solutions and contribute to design principles and framework for the group to offer high quality and consistent solutions for global scale with cognisance of local markets needs.
In order to do so on this position you will:
- Conduct user research (e.g. user interviews usability testing surveys) to understand user behaviors needs and pain points. Analyze research findings to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements and user research into user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes. Explore different design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Create high-fidelity visual designs including interface layouts typography color palettes and iconography ensuring consistency with InPosts brand guidelines and design system.
- Conduct usability testing throughout the design process to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible meet product requirements and are implemented effectively. Communicate design rationale and advocate for the user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of InPosts design system and component library ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG) and usability best practices.
Qualifications :
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Designer UI Designer or UX Designer demonstrating a strong portfolio of user-centered design work
- Design Human-Computer Interaction Graphic Design or a related field.
- Familiarity with role-specific tools and frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Agile and/or Lean methodologies
- Fluent English
- Experience working in the logistics/e-commerce or related technology industries will be a plus
