We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation & AI Developer to join our team focusing on pioneering solutions within the HR IT domain. This critical role will be instrumental in designing developing and deploying intelligent automation and AI-powered applications that enhance efficiency improve decision-making and create a superior employee experience. Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development: Design develop and implement robust and scalable automation solutions and AI-powered applications for various HR IT use cases.
Automation Frameworks: Build and maintain comprehensive automation scripts and workflows using various tools and programming languages (e.g. Python RPA platforms API integrations). This includes process analysis design development and testing of automated solutions.
AI Integration: Integrate existing AI services and components (e.g. natural language processing intelligent document processing chatbots) into HR IT systems and automated workflows to enhance functionality and intelligence.
API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI and automation solutions with existing HR IT systems and third-party platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process execution.
Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy automation and AI solutions into production environments monitoring their performance ensuring stability and conducting ongoing maintenance and optimization.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration collaborating with stakeholders to redefine and improve workflows.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation and AI solutions identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies identifying opportunities for innovation and applying them to HR IT challenges.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work collaboratively with HR stakeholders product managers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions including design specifications code comments and deployment guides.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a significant focus on Automation or AI projects.
Strong proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g. Python Java C#).
Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions.
Solid understanding of software development principles including object-oriented programming design patterns and version control (Git).
Experience with API integration and developing RESTful services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable efficient and robust solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience : 3years of experience
Mandatory/requires Skills :

Familiarity with pre-built AI services and platforms (e.g. AWS Comprehend Azure Cognitive Services Google Cloud AI APIs OpenAI API).
Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for tasks like text classification entity extraction or sentiment analysis.
Experience with building and deploying chatbot solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their automation/AI services.
Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and their data structures.
Experience with process mining tools and methodologies.
