As an integral part of our global People Services team you will provide comprehensive HR operational support across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Youll act as the first point of contact for employees supporting them with HR-related inquiries and ensuring data accuracy compliance and timely support across various HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
This is a global role with a focus on the EMEA region.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries delivering timely and accurate support to employees globally with a primary focus on the EMEA region.
Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding offboarding transfers and promotions.
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Handle statutory reporting and coordinate legally required activities applicable to the countries supported (e.g. Labor-Management Council or equivalent).
Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Support employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs and address related queries in collaboration with the Benefits team.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to implement HR initiatives effectively.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services; experience working in a global shared services environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders with a proactive and resourceful approach.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
