Job Summary
Responsible for developing standard costs managing site-specific costing activities overseeing inventory performing cost allocations and conducting manufacturing variance analysis. Investigate discrepancies in financial record and perform month-end close activities including journal entries & as a SAP expert for costing processes
Activities/Responsibilities:
- Performs month-end processes for businesses supported. Includes but not limited to inventory reconciliation manufacturing variance analytics including purchase price variances from raw material purchases and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Maintain inventory cycle count program and reporting for corporate compliance
- Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- Adhoc analysis requested by management
- Ensure that costs are allocated according to the established procedures
- Responds to request for internal audit external audit
Qualifications :
- Accounting or Finance background (Bac3/5)
- 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP preferred
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to change and to work in a changing environment
- Autonomy in regular activities
