Server, Flower & Wolf (Part-time, Seasonal)

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food and beverage experience in Flower & Wolf Restaurant & Bar. Your warm personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. Please note: The schedule for this role will vary between AM & PM shifts.

Please note: The end date for this role will be January 1 2026. 

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
• Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and offerings including ingredients and preparation methods in order to assist with menu selections and various dietary requirements in an informative and helpful way
• Maintain accurate guest checks/folios as well as ensuring tip out to other areas is accurate and completed as required
• Ensure the overall restaurant work areas and service areas are well maintained and clean
• Utilize upselling opportunities when applicable and possible
• Follow all policies procedures and service standards as set out

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum two years serving experience in a comparable restaurant setting is required
• Must possess valid ProServe certification
• Strong working knowledge of wine and wine pairings cocktails spirits and liqours is required
• Previous point of sale system experience is an asset
• Ability to constantly lift trays/carry multiple plates and maneuver throughout restaurant/hotel for duration of the shift
• Availability to work various shifts as required including breakfast lunch and/or dinner
• Proven ability to take initiative problem solve and work cohesively as a team
• Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills; with the ability to multi-task
• Highly responsible & reliable and able to work cohesively as part of a team
