The Senior Network Administrator OSCC (Operational Security Command Center) is responsible for the reliability performance and security of the companys network infrastructure spanning campus data center WAN/SD-WAN and cloud environments.
You will play a key role in daily operations major incident resolution automation and continuous improvement of network posture. You will help maintain stable high-performance and secure systems while collaborating with the Cybersecurity Systems and Service Desk teams.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the availability and stability of network infrastructure (routers switches firewalls VPN Wi-Fi load balancing).
- Maintaining critical services (routing VLAN DNS/DHCP QoS secure segmentation Zero Trust).
- Overseeing monitoring incident response and change management.
- Design and execute MOPs failover plans and resilience tests.
- Develop configuration automation (Python Ansible Git) and manage the network like code.
- Document architectures and procedures and participate in the on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking including operational management of multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching (OSPF BGP VXLAN/EVPN) firewalls VPNs QoS and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet or Aruba environments.
- Good knowledge of packet analysis tools (Wireshark tcpdump) and network monitoring platforms.
- Automation skills (Python Ansible Git API) and ITIL best practices in change and incident management.
- Analytical rigorous performance-oriented and continuous improvement-oriented.
- Recognized certifications: CCNP CCIE PCNSE NSE JNCIP ITIL Foundation (an asset).
