Were hiring a Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies at our rental facility in Deer Park TX and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

• Review all incoming manifests and shipping documents and check against cargo received.

• Prepare manifests for departing transfers and/or deliveries.

• Review and sign off on all outgoing manifests and equipment departing.

• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials;packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Sort and place materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according toorganizational standards.

• Receives its within Companys receiving procedures and shipping procedures.

• Performs 100% material receiving accuracy check.

• Identifies purchase order issues that include Overages Shortages andDamages delivery and assists the buyer for corrective action and resolution.

• Opens and packs bales crates totes and other containers.

• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders printing requestsrecording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through acomputer.

• May also assist in counting of physical inventory.

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet area andworkstations neat Sweep dust and mop.

• Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.

• Wear the proper safety equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must own tools applicable to position.

• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools schematics and diagrams.

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of forcefrequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Ascending or descending ladders stairs scaffolding ramps poles and using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized.

• Stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching standing walking pushingand pulling are required frequently. Requires lifting and substantial use of upperextremities and back muscles.

• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Ability to receivedetailed information through oral communication and to make the discriminationssound.

• The worker is subject to environmental conditions. The worker is subject toextreme heat which may include temperatures above 100 for periods of morethan one hour.

• Typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the wholehand as in handling.
