Position: Commercial Cleaning & Light Maintenance (Part-Time Day Hours)

Schedule: Monday through Friday during the day

Pay Rate: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: W-2 Employee (we handle taxes no 1099)

What Were Looking For:

Proficiency in English communication
Valid Florida drivers license and dependable transportation
Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
Attention to detail efficiency and ability to follow instructions
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for entire shiftswalking bending reaching and other physical tasks
Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through your education or work history
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality and reliability
Ability to pass a background check
Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

Vacuuming sweeping mopping floors
Emptying trash and disposal
Dusting wiping and sanitizing surfaces
Restocking restrooms and kitchens with supplies
Managing and restocking cleaning supplies and warehouse inventory
Performing minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing ceiling tiles
Following all safety and company procedures

Compensation: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
