Automotive Service Manager
Serra Automotive an owner of 55 dealerships nationwide is seeking an Automotive Service Manager for Serra Toyota Team.
Founded in 1973 Serra Automotive is the 12th largest Dealer Group in the United States ranked by sales volume. Based in Fenton Michigan Serra is comprised of 55 dealerships in 7 states and represents 67 automotive franchises throughout its 23 campuses. Serra generated nearly $3.4 Billion of revenue in 2022.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Automotive Service Manager to lead the team at our new car dealership facility located in Milwaukee WI.
The ideal candidate will have great leadership and CSI skills. The ideal candidate is also a team player proactively leading & continuing to build our Service Department while creating the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Fixed Operations Director ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals.
- Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
- Establishing promotional service prices
- Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
- Manage staff of Service Advisors Technicians & Porters
- Hands on Manager with update promise and TOs.
- Customer relations
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
- Proven supervisory skills
- Import experience a real plus
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
- We are a drug free environment
- Valid drivers license required
