Job Summary
The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and all public/common areas promoting an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with Five Stars standard of service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and 3 or more years of related luxury experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must be proficient in Windows Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
