Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Manage or lead an area or team of functional architects focused on business process design.
Contribute to the development and implementation of architectural solutions.
Participate in project planning and execution.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
Provide expertise in business processes and technology integration.
Assist in maintaining architectural standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Support the team in achieving project goals
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 10 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture business process design and technology integration
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Relevant business or functional architecture certifications or advanced training
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams on business or functional architecture projects
Proven success in implementing business or functional architecture solutions in an enterprise environment
Successful management of complex business or functional architecture projects
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
