Nursery Practitioner Level 3 28800 Full-Time 40 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning.
Observe assess and record childrens progress providing feedback and support as needed.
Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative inclusive team culture.
