Position Summary
The Engagement Manager ensures a seamless transition from sales to delivery overseeing project kickoff client hand-off and early execution. This role bridges pre-sales and delivery ensuring commitments made during the sales process are effectively executed and client satisfaction remains high.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Partner and Architect to finalize scope pricing and delivery plans.
- Manage client hand-off and lead project kickoff meetings.
- Monitor early delivery execution performance and client sentiment.
- Coordinate resourcing project tracking and delivery alignment.
- Support renewal and expansion discussions based on delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in consulting project management or engagement delivery.
- Strong understanding of Azure and cloud delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
