About the Role:

Are you a motivated reliable and positive customer service professional. RACQ Bundaberg is looking for someone just like you to join our member and Community Retail Store. As the first point of contact for our members youll play a key role in delivering outstanding service experiences. Your friendly approach and commitment to excellence will help us to continue to support our members and the wider community with care and professionalism.

• Rate of pay at commencement is $31.65 Super
• Part time permanent 25 hrs per week 9:00am 2:00pm Monday to Friday

You will play an integral role in deepening RACQs relationship with members by:

• Engaging members in conversation to build rapport
• Actively listening to members seeking to understand the reason for their visit
• Match and direct members with an appropriate consultant whilst settling expectations
• Creating memorable experiences for members by showing empathy and supporting them in important life moments
• We provide training with ongoing support to set you up for success!

About you:

• An engaging communication style with active listening and proven ability to engage our members
• Customer Service experience in a retail or similar customer focused environment
• A resilient team player who is committed reliable and has a positive attitude
• Attention to detail with basic computer literacy and accurate data entry sk9ills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced structed environment
