TheTrustandSafetyteamatCoupangisresponsibleforcurbingfraudandabuseandtherebyimprovingcustomerandsellerstrustontheplatformwhileensuringthatgenuinecustomers/.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegreeinarelevantfield;advanceddegreepreferred.
• Atleast10yearsofexperienceinTrustandSafetyRiskManagementFraudControlsorrelatedfields.
• Proventrackrecordofsuccessfullymanagingtrustandsafetyoperationsinahigh-volumeeCommerceenvironment.
• Strongknowledgeofindustrybestpracticescompliancerequirementsandglobalregulationsrelatedtousersafetyprivacyandfraudprevention.
• Excellentleadershipandteammanagementskills
• Data-drivendecision-makingskillsandtheabilitytoanalyzecomplexdatasetstoidentifypatternsandtrends.
• Exceptionalcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstoeffectivelycollaboratewithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
• Demonstratedexperienceincrisismanagementandincidentresponse.
