IT Engineering is home to more than 800 software engineering professionals across the Nordics and Baltics. Within this IT Corporate has around 60 employees and consultants supporting Ifs corporate units such as HR Communication Legal Group Services and Internal Audit.
As part of Ifs business and tech transformation IT Corporate is modernizing its tech ecosystem and ways of working enabling our corporate functions to unlock new value and efficiency.
As Head of Business Support you will lead a diverse solution portfolio from SaaS and in-house applications to third-party platforms integrations and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and archiving. You will bring clarity to complexity ensuring transparent financial follow-up balancing expectations cost and capacity and guiding stakeholders with technical and strategic insight.
This role is about leadership and collaboration: creating alignment across stakeholders enabling people to succeed and fostering a thriving agile culture where teams can deliver their best.
You will be working together with IT Corporate management team and report to Head of IT Corporate.
Set the strategic direction for Business Support ensuring portfolio alignment governance and transparent financial communication.
Partner closely with senior business stakeholders and leaders (including Solution Architect Delivery Manager and Scrum Master) to ensure sustainable fit-for-purpose solutions.
Act as a servant leader and change driver coaching inspiring and enabling teams and colleagues to succeed in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Proven experience in senior leadership portfolio management and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong background in driving transformation and change management in complex organizations.
Solid technical understanding of enterprise solution landscapes (SaaS in-house 3rd party integrations collaboration/document systems).
Skilled in financial follow-up and balancing expectations cost and capacity.
A strong communicator and servant leader with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and enable others to thrive.
Fluent in agile ways of working with the pragmatism to apply them effectively.
