Job Summary
Overview
Join our clients premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will provide advanced care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care all while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle and outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care in four Level III NICUs Manage care for approximately 1700 NICU admissions and over 10000 births annually.
- Provide advanced neonatal interventions including high-frequency ventilation inhaled nitric oxide therapy and total body cooling for HIE.
- Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement mentorship and ongoing professional development.
- Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate communicative manner
Qualifications
Required
- Masters degree or higher
- Valid Board Certified
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Valid NNP
Preferred
