Job Summary
Position: Junior Light Technician
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Light Technician to join our production team in this role you will support the setup operation and maintenance of studio lighting systems to ensure high-quality visual output across live and recorded productions. Working closely with senior technicians and other departments youll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup operation and monitoring of lighting systems for studio productions.

Work with senior lighting technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs or irregularities.

Ensure all lighting activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Collaborate with audio video and production teams to achieve optimal lighting integration.

Maintain detailed records and documentation of lighting setups and adjustments.

Stay informed on emerging trends tools and technologies in studio and live lighting.

Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to enhance lighting efficiency and quality.
Requirements

Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) both written and spoken.

Previous experience working with studio or live production lighting systems.

Familiarity with lighting control equipment consoles and technical diagrams.

Knowledge of lighting safety protocols and ability to follow operational standards.

Ability to work under pressure and assist in resolving live technical issues efficiently.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach.

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts including occasional nights and weekends.
