Location: Lisbon (on-site only relocation package available)
Contract: Permanent full-time
Salary:/month performance bonus meal allowance

What Youll Do

Supervise and coach a team of customer experience agents

Monitor KPIs (quality attendance efficiency)

Handle escalated cases and drive performance improvements

Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows

Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLAs
What Were Looking For
-
24 years of experience in operations customer service or team leadership
-
Experience in a Call Center or BPO environment preferred
-
Languages: German (C2) English (B2 minimum)

Strong leadership coaching and communication skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts
