As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative you will handle inquiries from customers via phone email or chat. Your role is to provide excellent service solve problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:

Answer incoming queries from Dutch-speaking customers

Provide product and service information

Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Record customer interactions in the system

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Native-level Dutch (C2)
-
English level B1 or higher
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
-
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (full training provided)
