Position Purpose:

IKONIC is seeking passionate and ambitious fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science who are excited to begin their professional journey in Human Resources! This role offers hands-on experience mentorship from industry professionals and the opportunity to contribute to real HR projects that drive our people and culture forward.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field with 06 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply0

HR Intern Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes particularly for technical roles such as developers engineers and designers.

• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other digital channels.

• Screen resumes conduct initial assessments and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support employer branding efforts through content outreach and event coordination.

• Prepare recruitment reports analytics and hiring dashboards.

• Collaborate with the IT team to automate or enhance recruitment workflows where possible.
