Essential Functions
Develops and delivers detailed technology services through managed services project activities requiring specialized knowledge of IQVIAs products and technical expertise.
Responsible for identifying additional product/services opportunities for clients and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
Focuses on quality in all aspects of work; follows established standards of excellence.
Supports problem identification system architecture definition hardware/software specification and/or design implementation testing client training and solution deployment.
Supports and resolves Service Requests using the incident management tool CSM.
Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.
Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Computer Science a related field or equivalent experience
