What Youll Do

Provide technical support via phone email or chat
Help customers resolve product or service issues efficiently
Log and follow up on technical cases in the internal system
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (C1)
Good English level (B1)
Must reside in Greece (for contract purposes)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday

Salary: 1300 14 months monthly performance bonus up to 300
