As a Technical Support Specialist youll ensure that digital content is accurate meaningful and optimized while supporting advertisers with top-quality assistance.

Your Responsibilities

Curate and extract online content tailored to industry cultural and market context.
Ensure logical accurate and impactful content extraction for digital marketing campaigns.
Write review and optimize advertising text extensions and creatives.
Apply final adjustments to campaigns in line with process quality guidelines.
Develop expertise in digital content and advertising processes becoming a trusted point of reference.
Deliver high-quality technical support ensuring advertiser satisfaction and success.

What Were Looking For

Spanish C2 (native-level fluency)
English B2 (upper-intermediate proficiency)
Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Basic familiarity with digital content marketing or technical support is a plus (training provided).
Mandatory: Ability to provide a birth certificate for employment documentation.

Salary & Benefits
